Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have submitted representation on 30.09.2025 before respondents No. 6 to 9 for grant of Kramonatti pay scale, however, till date it has not been considered and decided, therefore, a direction be issued to respondents No.6 to 9 to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioners. 2. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners, he is having no objection. He however, submits that there is no receipt in the representation. 3. At this stage learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners may be permitted to submit fresh representation. 4. In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioners to submit fresh representation, and if such representation is 3 submitted, the concerned authorities shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within period of three months from the date of receipt of representation. 5.
