He would submit that the petitioner already been evicted from the premises by following the due procedure established by law and therefore he would submit that prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. However, the said submission is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on instructions, he would submit that the petitioner still continues to remain in possession of the premises. 4.This Court is not expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the contentions as regards possession of the property. According to the learned counsel for the respondents 1, 2 and 4, pleadings were completed in O.A.No.37 of 2026, pending on the file of Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, Chennai. Therefore, instead of directing the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal,Chennai to dispose of I.A.No.142 of 2026 in O.A.No.37 of 2026, this Court deems it fit to direct the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal to dispose of the main O.A. itself, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.
