The petitioner has challenged the chargesheet given to him and finally the termination order dated 30.03.2026. Heard. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that against termination order, departmental appeal may be preferred, which can be heard by the Board of Directors for which limitation period is 90 days. She submits that it is under Regulation 33 of the Service Regulation of the Employees for the Bank Employees. On it, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to prefer an appeal before the Board of Directors. The permission is accorded.
