2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 714/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103, 238, 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with others are said to have killed the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that husband of the deceased has not been made accused in this case and the FIR has been filed after a delay of 8 days. Petitioner no. 1 is brother
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17458 of 2026(2) dt.16-03-2026 2/2 -in-law of the deceased and petitioner no. 2 is son of petitioner no. 1. Petitioners have clean antecedent and they are in custody since 30.10.2025. The petitioners undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the relation of the petitioners with the deceased and the general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Patna Sadar, Patna /concerned Court below in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 714 of 2025.
