In the High Court of Uttarakhand, the present case arises from Bail Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking regular bail for the Applicant – Ramisha Chauhan, who has been accused in connection with FIR No.477 of 2025, dated 19.11.2025 under Sections 8/21/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, and under Sections 3(5), 318 (4), 338, 336 (3) and 340 (2) of BNS, at Police Station Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the mandatory provision of the NDPS, Act, has not been complied with. It is also contended by the learned counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant has been languishing in jail since 19.11.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the co- accused, namely, Ripul Chauhan, has been granted bail by this Court in BA 1st No.475 of 2026, “Ripul Chauhan Vs. State of Uttarakhand” vide judgment and order dated 13.05.2026, and it is a case of parity. 6. The bail application of the Applicant has been vehemently opposed by the learned State Counsel. 7. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant has made out a case for bail. 8. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. It is directed that the Applicant - Ramisha Chauhan, who has been accused in connection with FIR No.477 of 2025, dated 19.11.2025 under Sections 8/21/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, and under Sections 3(5), 318 (4), 338, 336 (3) and 340 (2) of BNS, at Police Station Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar, be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond with two reliable sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court.
