Having heard learned counsel for the parties at length and perused the material available on record, we are of the considered opinion that there is nothing wrong with the order impugned, whereby the Commercial Court has only ensured that the order of status-quo passed on 06.12.2025 is implemented and the parties maintain the position as it existed on 06.12.2025. We only clarify that, beyond getting the aforesaid order implemented in the manner aforesaid, the Commercial Court shall not determine any other question. We also make it clear that the observations made by the Commercial Court in its order dated 06.12.2025, shall be restricted for the purpose of deciding the application for interim relief and shall not be construed as expression of an opinion of the Commercial Court on merits so as to prejudice the rights of the parties before the Arbitrator. 2.
