On instructions, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the second respondent registered a FIR in Crime No.318 of 2026 for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 296(b), 351(1) of BNS and Section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992 as against the respondents 3 & 4 herein. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Crl.No.337 of 2026 3. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands closed.
