3. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the court concerned.
4. Learned State Counsel has no objection on this.
5. In such view of the matter, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the court concerned on or before 15.06.2026.
6. Till then no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner, provided he cooperates with the investigation and surrender on or before
