Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- “A. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG Date: 2026.03.17 11:36:03 +0530 2 / 3 29.01.2026 submitted by the petitioner within a stipulated time frame. B. Direct that no coercive or adverse action be taken against the petitioner till the decision of the representation. C. Pass any other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner while working on the post of Assistant Teacher (LB) Science at Govt. Boys Middle School, Seoni, District Janjgir-Champa, was transferred to Govt. Middle School, Kot, Block Bilaigarh, District Sarangarh- Bilaigarh by respondent no. 2 under the rationalization policy. He further submits that petitioner’s husband is working as Lecturer(Chemistry) and is currently posted at Govt. Higher Secondary School, Kamreed, District Janjgir-Champa. Petitioner and her husband has a minor child whose upbringing depends upon their joint presence. He further submits that on being aggrieved by her transfer order she has submitted representation on 13.06.2025 and 29.01.2026 to respondent no. 1 which till date is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to concerned authority to consider and take decision on pending representation at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking direction to consider and take decision on pending representation, she is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents available on record. 3 / 3 5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties and further considering the fact that the petitioner has already submitted representation vide Annexure P-4 dated 29.01.2026 which till date is pending consideration, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, directing respondent no. 1 to consider and take decision on pending representation, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of this Order. 6.
