In the said case the counter could not be filed and consequently, the order was passed by the Tribunal for the appearance of the present petitioner/respondent No.1 in OA. That order was passed on 19.02.2007. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed. 2. Sri Keerthi Teja Kondaveeti, learned Government Pleader attached to the office of learned Additional Advocate General for the petitioner submits that the petition has been rendered infructuous by afflux of time and the petition be dismissed as infructuous. 3. The Tribunal has abolished and pending matters are transferred to this Court. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
