Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that though the Petitioner had retired in the year 2024 as General Manager (Finance) in A.P. State Housing Corporation Limited, the encashment of leave as sanctioned by Respondent No. 4 was not disbursed. 3. Sri A. Mallikarjuna Murthy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents, passed on the written instructions dated 09.07.2026 signed by the General Manager (Admn-FAC) and submits that the leave encashment granted to the Petitioner was uploaded vide Bill No. 2025-8087 for Rs. 20,05,860/- with revised DA, and the said bill was approved by the treasury authorities and thereafter, the same was rejected and returned due to the year- ending activity. He further submits that the bill shall be re-uploaded as and when the relevant file is enabled in the NIDHI Portal for payment from the budget provision of 2026-2027. 4. As there is no dispute with regard to the claim of the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with the following directions: i) The Respondent Authorities are directed to disburse the admitted amounts in the Written Statement within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 3 ii) There shall be no order as to costs. The Written Instructions of the General Manager, dated 09.07.2026 are placed on record.
