This revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of Matrimonial Suit No.69 of 2014 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Alipore, South 24-Parganas. 2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner invites the attention of this Court to order dated September 12, 2019 passed in CO 3043 of 2019 and order dated December 9, 2020 passed in CO 1510 of 2020 by Coordinate Benches of this Court requesting the learned Trial Court to expedite the hearing of the suit and dispose of the same expeditiously. 3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date. 4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material on 2 record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Trial Court to take note of two successive orders passed by this Court requesting the learned Trial Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously. 5. It is expected that the learned Trial Court shall give due respect to the orders passed by this Court and dispose of the suit as expeditiously as the business of the learned Trial court would permit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. 6. This Court hopes and trusts that the petitioner may not have to travel to this Court once again with the same prayer seeking expeditious disposal of the suit, direction wherefor has been passed by this Court more than once. 7. CO 809 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations. No Costs. 8. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Om Narayan Rai, J.)
