The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner trespassed into a school and quarrelled with certain teachers. When the defacto complainant and another teacher intervened to pacify the situation, the petitioner allegedly attacked the defacto complainant and the teachers. Hence, the complaint. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. He also submitted that this is the fourth anticipatory bail petition, and that the earlier petitions were dismissed by this Court in Crl.OP.Nos.32440 of 2025, 2695 and 7792 of 2026 by order dated 27.11.2025, 05.02.2026 and 27.03.2026 respectively. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and, upon instructions, submitted that the petitioner has eight previous cases pending against him. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. I have given my anxious consideration to either side submissions. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 19065 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 6. From the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), it is seen that the petitioner has eight previous cases pending against him, which clearly demonstrate that the petitioner has misused the liberty already granted by this Court, and if the petitioner is enlarged on anticipatory bail, he may be emboldened to commit similar offences in future. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. 7. According, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 20-07-2026 DRL To 1.The Inspector of Police Arkonampet Taluk, Ranipet District. 2.The Public Prosecutor, High Court, Madras. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 19065 of 2026 __________ Page4 of 4 C.KUMARAPPAN, J.
