Though the disputed amount is Rs.62,11,800/- as per the complaint, a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- was only transferred to the petitioner’s bank account. 3. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to mark lien over the petitioner’s Bank Account bearing No.154305001577, IFSC Code – ICIC0001543 to the tune of Rs.1,00,000/- and to permit the petitioner to operate his account for the remaining amount. 4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
