It appears that the petitioner has been implicated on the confessional statement of Munir Khan. Though the petitioner has got several criminal antecedents, but regard being had to the manner of implication and the fact that he is in custody since 10.11.2025, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Gumla in connection with Chainpur P.S.
