Learned counsel appearing for both the parties are in complete agreement that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment/order dated 25.01.2017 passed in S.B. Civil Writ No.8810/2014 (Tara Chand Vs. Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation & Anr.), which has further been affirmed vide order dated 02.12.2021 passed by the Division Bench of this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur, in D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.524/2018 (The Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation & Anr. Vs. Tara Chand). [2026:RJ-JP:11305] (2 of 2) [CW-14110/2023] 2. In view of the consensus arrived at between the parties, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with the same directions as granted by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in judgment/order dated 25.01.2017 passed in the case of Tara Chand (supra). 3.
