The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Khukhara P.S. Case No.23/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 109, 126(2), 74, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that the altercation took place due to land dispute. He next submits that even the lady members have been made accused. He also submits that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 11 of this application. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations of assault are there. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there is main allegation of assault against Ganpat Rai. So far as these petitioners are concerned, there are general and omnibus allegations against them. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Khukhara P.S. Case No.23/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated: 2nd February, 2026 Ajay/
