In terms of the order dated 19th March, 2026 a communication dated 8th April, 2026 of Officer- in-Charge, Uttar Kashipur Police Station, Bhangar Division is filed today and same is taken on record. Copy of the said communication dated 8th April, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner and private respondents. 2. It is disclosed in the said communication that there is a long pending dispute exists between the petitioner and private respondents over a plot of land where effort was made to construct a bathroom. Therefore, it appears that the issue involved in this writ petition is civil in nature requiring the parties to approach the Civil Court in order to assert their rights. Police 2 authority is not the appropriate authority to decide inter se right of the parties over the disputed land and right of the parties to construct bathroom on the said land. 3. It is also disclosed in the communication dated 8th April, 2026 that on enquiry no cognizable offence was found to be committed by either of the parties warranting necessary actions. 4. However, police authorities are directed to maintain peace and tranquility at locale and keep vigil. 5. Parties are at liberty to approach the Civil Court for adjudication of their respective rights. 6. Writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
