The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 23/2026. 3. It has been alleged that the informant had given an amount of Rs.48,00,000/- to the petitioner and other accused for purchasing 36 decimals of land near ITBP, Manatu. Neither the land was transferred nor the amount was returned and on the pretext of returning the amount a meeting was called and the informant and his brother were shot at. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had also instituted a case against the informant and others in Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 28/2026 in which the petitioner had received firearm injuries. 5. It has been submitted that so far as the firing which has been made upon the informant and his brother the same has been attributed to Sonu Yadav @ Sonu Kumar. 6. Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2026. 7. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. ( 2026:JHHC:7340 ) 8. On consideration of the fact that the allegation of firing rests upon Sonu Yadav @ Sonu Kumar and the counter case in which the petitioner had sustained gunshot injuries, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S.
