In respect of the same, the case is registered for the alleged offence under Section 170 BNSS, so as to prevent and disperse them. Since it can be seen that the entire act is in the form of an expression of their democratic right to protest and not even any offence is alleged against them. The pendency of the First Information Report is no more required. In view thereof, the criminal original petition stands allowed. The FIR in crime No.32 of 2026 stands quashed in its entirety.
