Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondents in this revision, notice to the respondents in this revision is dispensed with by this Court. 3. The petitioner, who is the complainant in D.V.C.No.11 of 2026, had filed S.T.C.No.6795 of 2025 for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, directing the 1st respondent to pay maintenance to the petitioner. 4. As seen from this revision, S.T.C.No.6795 of 2025 has been repeatedly adjourned for the arguments of the respondents. The last such adjournment was granted on 20.07.2026 and now, the case is posted for respondents’ arguments on 30.07.2026. 5. Since the main DVC complaint is of the year 2016 and since S.T.C.No.6795 of 2025 filed by the petitioner seeking maintenance is pending for a quite some time, this Court is of the considered view that a direction can be issued to the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai to dispose of S.T.C.No.6795 of 2025, within a period of four weeks. 7. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.6795 of 2025, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
