The present intra-Court appeal has been filed under Section 2(1) of the Chhattisgarh High Court (Appeal to Division Bench) Act, 2006 challenging the order dated 02.12.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPS No.1105/2023, whereby the writ petition preferred by the appellant/writ petitioner came to be dismissed. 3. After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present intra-Court appeal with liberty to avail the remedy of filing a review petition before the learned Single Judge 4.
