The present intra-Court appeal has been filed under Section 2(1) of the Chhattisgarh High Court (Appeal to Division Bench) Act, 2006 challenging the order dated 02.12.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPS No.1105/2023, whereby the writ petition preferred by the appellant/writ petitioner came to be dismissed.
3. After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present intra-Court appeal with liberty to avail the remedy of filing a review petition before the learned Single Judge
4. In view of the submission so made by learned counsel for the appellant, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for, to the appellant to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge against the impugned order dated 02.12.2025, if so advised.
