The petitioner alleges that she participated in the 2016 recruitment process for appointment of assistant teacher in upper primary school. She claims that as she was successful in TET 2011, she ought to have been issued appointment letter. 2. Facts remain that the petitioner was not called for interview. The panel which was published by the Commission for providing appointment to the successful candidates expired in the meantime. The fact that the petitioner was not called for interview suggests that she was an unsuccessful candidate in the recruitment process. 3. In view of the above, there is no scope to direct the authority to issue appointment letter in her favour. 4. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. 5.
