For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s) /directions or a writ in nature of mandamus commanding upon the concerned respondents to take and inform a considered decision in the matter of providing aid and fund to the petitioner in light of the statutory mandate of law as incorporated in the first proviso to sub section 5 of section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 to provide aid and fund to the petitioner society and for due discharge of the corporate social responsibility by the respondent-company. b. For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/directions or a writ in nature of mandamus commanding upon the concerned respondent to consider the representation dated 22.05.2025 made by the petitioner society to all the concerned authority / official/respondents in the matter and also to provide appropriate and adequate aid and fund to the petitioner society to enable it to meet the basic need of its member/disabled persons in view of the fact that the petitioner is an entity registered by the Office of the Registrar of the Companies and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India for undertaking corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. 3. Permission is granted. 4.
