It is seen that the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been enquired and closed as there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondents 4 & 5. That apart, police protection is requested to put up fencing in and around the disputed property between the petitioner and respondents 4 & 5. 3. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed.
