Under the aforesaid orders, the applications filed by the petitioner/plaintiff seeking attachment before judgment of the petition scheduled property have been dismissed. Aggrieved by the same, these revision have been filed. 3. As seen from Order XLIII Rule 1(q) CPC, the impugned orders are appealable order. Hence, if aggrieved by the same, the petitioner will have to file appeal before the appropriate appellate court and not file a revision. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty for the petitioner to file appeal before the appropriate appellate court as against the impugned orders. Accordingly, since these revisions are not maintainable, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the appropriate appellate court as against the impugned orders and the time spent by the petitioner before this Court through these revisions shall stand excluded for the purpose of saving limitation u/s 14 of the Limitation Act. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 6.
