It is the grievance of the petitioner that 2nd and 3rd ACP/MACP has not been granted to the petitioner though he is entitled to as he has not been promoted in his entire service career. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that if the petitioner files representation before the respondent No.3 The Director, Tourism Directorate, Department of Tourism, Arts, Culture, Sports & Youth Affairs, Government of Jharkhand his case will be considered and appropriate order will be passed. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent No.3 The Director, Tourism Directorate, Department of Tourism, Arts, Culture, Sports & Youth Affairs, Government of Jharkhand within a period of four weeks, who will consider the claim of the petitioner within six weeks thereafter. 5. If the petitioner is entitled for any relief, the same will be granted within four weeks thereafter. If any part of the claim of the petitioner is rejected, the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 6.
