He prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a comprehensive writ petition challenging the aforesaid decision dated December 14, 2022. Learned advocate appearing for the Corporation do not have any objection to such prayer. Without making any comment as to the right of the petitioner to challenge the order dated December 14, 2022 at this stage, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for by the petitioner.
