Present petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of Special Case No.70 of 2024 under Sections 79/351(3)/352 of the BNS and under Sections 12/17 of the POCSO Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused persons in the present case are delaying the matter. It is also submitted that even the learned Special PP had requested before the learned Special Court as reflected in the order dated 3rd January, 2026 for expeditious disposal. However, learned counsel submits that for one reason or the other, the case is being adjourned. 3. Taking into account and facts and circumstances, learned Judge, Special Court, Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas is requested to conduct the expeditious proceedings of Special Case No.70 of 2024 arising out Falta P.S. Case No. 244 of 2024 dated 04.09.2024 under Sections 79/351(3)/352 of the BNS and under Sections 12/17 of the POCSO Act, expeditiously in accordance with the law. 2 4.
