Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not taking any disciplinary action against the 5th respondent on the representation submitted by the petitioner against 5th respondent who misbehaved with her by kicking her as she has refused to give bribe to a tune of Rs. 10,000/- to him as being illegal, arbitrary and is in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 herein to take action on the aforesaid representation of the petitioner against the 5th respondent, and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents to consider and take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 17.05.2021 forthwith, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
