Mr. Rajesh Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Himanshu Sain, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The petitioner is praying for protection to his life and liberty since there is threat from respondent nos. 6 to 8. 4. On the previous date the State was directed to get the instructions why the police personnels went on spot and today Mr. Sain, learned A.G.A. on instructions apprise to this court that the police personnel went on spot to advise the persons including the petitioner and the respondent nos. 6 to 8 not to make any attempt to create nuisance otherwise they will be challaned. He also submits that as on date there is no threat to the petitioners. 5. Ms. Ankita Baluni puts appearance on behalf of the respondent-complainant. 6. Mr. Sain also apprise to this court that as on date there is no any threat to the petitioner, however, if any nuisance they will create the appropriate authority will take action as per law to maintain the peace in the locality. 7. Since, as on date there is no threat to the petitioner, in such view of the matter there is no useful purpose to keep this petition pending. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. However, the liberty is given to the petitioner that if in future he has any apprehension of threat he can again approach to this court. 8.
