Instant writ petition is filed by the petitioner for a direction to opposite party No.1 to provide information as per the RTI application dated 29th July, 2024 in view of the deposit made vide Annexure-4 on the grounds stated. 3. The Court finds that such deposit of Rs.2,200/- by the petitioner has been made, receipt of which is annexed to the record. Since the application as per Annexure-1 under the RTI Act is pending consideration and in the meantime, there is deposit by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct opposite party No.1 to furnish the information as has been sought for by him. 4.
