Heard the parties.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has received no individual personal letter for document verification, thus he could not appear in the same.

The issue is covered by the judgment of the Hon’ble Division Bench in L.P.A. No.143 of 2024 (Nirmal Pahan Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Ors. and other analogous cases).

It has been submitted that the said judgment is under

challenge before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

Considering the submission of the parties, I dispose of this writ petition in terms of the judgement passed in L.P.A. No.143 of 2024.

It is made clear that if the judgment passed in the aforesaid case is set aside by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the case of the petitioner will also be covered by the same.

With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
