Mr. Dinesh Gahtori, learned Counsel for petitioner. 2. Mr. S.S. Chaudhary, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 3. Mr. Anil Bisht, learned Counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3. 4. Petitioner is serving as Guard in District Cooperative Bank, Pithoragarh since 2022. According to him, provident fund and other statutory deductions are not being made from his salary, while these are being deducted from other similarly situate employees serving in the bank. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the competent authority to deduct provident fund and other statutory contributions from his salary and also to grant consequential benefits, e.g. medical leave, earned leave, increment, etc. (3) Mr. Anil Kumar Bisht, learned Counsel appearing for District Cooperative Bank, submits that if petitioner makes representation, the same shall be dealt with as per law. (4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make representation. If petitioner makes representation within two weeks from today to Secretary of the bank concerned, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within four months thereafter.
