1. Mr. A.K. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appellate forum.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty prayed for.
3. In the event, the appeal is preferred within a period of thirty days from today, the question of limitation may be considered liberally and the Petitioner may not be evicted from the case land till such period or till filing of the appeal, whichever is earlier.
4. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
