The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Govindpur P.S.Case No. 101/2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 94 of 2024 and S.T. Case No. 113 of 2024, registered for the offence under Section 414/413/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. She further submits that nothing incriminating was seized or recovered from the possession of this petitioner. She further submits that other similarly situated co-accused person, namely Prakash Sardar has already been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.08.2024 in B.A. No. 5997 of 2024. He further submits that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.12.2023; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. He lastly submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition as imposed by this Court.

Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the Petitioner.
5. Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the allegation made against this petitioner, coupled with the fact that similarly situated co-accused

person has already been granted bail and also the fact that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.12.2023; I am inclined to enlarge the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the above-named Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur, in connection with Govindpur P.S.Case No. 101/2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 94 of 2024 and S.T. Case No. 113 of 2024.

It is made clear that the Petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this Petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this Petitioner.
