The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submitted that the Petitioners herein would not like to pursue the instant writ petition in the present form as there are certain formal defects and would like to file a separate writ petition by removing those formal defects. Page No.# 3/3 3. Apparently, from a perusal of the writ petition, it appears that there are formal defects. 4. Consequently, this Court closes the instant writ petition on withdrawal. 5.
