The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 308(4), 351(3), 111(2)(b) and 111(3) of B.N.S., 2023 in connection with Sonari PS Case No. 117 of 2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged extortion and the SIM card used in the alleged crime was in the name of one Veer Singh. He further submits that co-accused, namely, Veer Singh in B.A No. 6470 of 2025 and Alok Sharma @ Alok Kumar Sharma in B.A No. 3523 of 2025 have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.08.2025 and 01.05.2025 respectively and the petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2024 as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned APP also opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the allegation made against the petitioner coupled with the fact that the co-accused have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A No. 6470 of 2025 and B.A No. 3523 of 2025 and he is in custody since 07.10.2024, I am inclined to 2026:JHHC:5033 2 enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C, Jamshedpur in connection with Sonari PS Case No. 117 of 2024. 6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial Court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against the above-named petitioner, learned trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of the above-named petitioner. 7.
