ORDER:
The instant petition under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed seeking to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner / Accused No.3, in connection with Crime No.27 of 2026 on the file of Santhapeta Police Station, SPSR Nellore registered for the offences under Sections 316(5) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
2. Heard Sri Siva Prasad Reddy Venati, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for Respondent / State.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged. Learned counsel would further submit that the Petitioner was terminated from service in March, 2025. It is further submitted that the Petitioner is falsely implicated in the present crime. It is submitted that the Petitioner is ready to furnish sureties to the satisfaction of the Court.
4. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the petition and would submit that, crucial part of the investigation pending and CCTV footage is to be collected. There are no grounds to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner at this stage. Hence, prayed for dismissal of the petition.
5. Considering the nature of the allegations and the stage of investigation, this Court is of the view that the investigation is still at a crucial stage. The collection and analysis of CCTV footage, as pointed out by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, is yet to be completed. Granting anticipatory bail at this stage may hamper the effective investigation. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.
6. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
