1. Mr. Harsh Vardhan Dhanik, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Mr. Rahul Consul, learned counsel for the respondent/contemnor.
3. In compliance to the previous order the respondent no. 2 is present in the Court through V.C. A compliance affidavit has also been filed.
4. It is contended by Mr. Rahul Consul, learned counsel for the respondent that in compliance to the order, the Vice Chairman of Development Authority already decided the representation by order dated 15.05.2026.
5. Mr. Dhanik, learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed that the order has been complied with, however, he has some issue with regard to the arrears.
6. Mr. Bansidhar Tiwari, Vice Chairman undertakes before this Court that if there is any arrear same will be cleared within a week positively.
7. In view of the above, the proceeding of instant contempt petition is closed and the notices issued are hereby quashed.
