The petitioner is an accused in connection with Dhalbhumgarh PS Case No. 44/2025. It has been alleged that the daughter of the informant had eloped with the son of the petitioner and both were staying together. Subsequently, the informant could come to know that his daughter is being regularly assaulted by her paramour and the petitioner and on 23.09.2025 after a quarrel had ensued, the son of the petitioner had committed the murder of the daughter of the informant. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire allegation is against the son of the petitioner namely Abdul Kashim. It has further been submitted that in course of investigation it has come to light that Abdul Kashim as well as the daughter of the informant were staying separate from the petitioner. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner seems to have been implicated primarily on account of being the mother of Abdul Kashim , the main accused, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Ghatsila in connection with Dhalbhumgarh PS Case No. 44/2025.
