Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. 2. Report received from the concerned police station. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Ali, learned counsel that it was stated by the I.O. that the petitioner did not appear before the Police Station during enquiry, he Page No.# 2/2 filed an additional affidavit through which it has brought into the record that he appeared before the I.O. on 12.03.2026 and subsequently, on 23.03.2026 and he was accordingly interrogated. 4. Mr. Borthakur, learned APP submitted in this regard that as per report received from the concerned Police Station, it reveals that petitioner appeared before the Police Officer on 25.03.2026 and after interrogation he was released from police station, as no has is registered till date. 5. It reveals from the report that initially a GD entry was made and on the basis which a preliminary enquiry was made, but till date there was no registration of FIR against the present petitioner. 6. In view of this, the present pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of. 7. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in the event of registering any case against him. 8. The interim protection provided to the present petitioner on 10.03.2026 is hereby stands vacated/recalled. 9.
