Shubham Asri, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present petition. He, however, submits that since the investigation is still going on, he may be given liberty to file petition afresh, once the investigation is complete. He also states that, in the interregnum, if the petitioner apprehends any arrest, he would seek his remedy by filing appropriate application seeking anticipatory bail. 2. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of in aforesaid terms. 3. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 4. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 5.
