Sharma and Mr. Nitin Tewari, learned counsel for petitioners. 2. Mr. N.S. Pundir, learned D.A.G. for the State of Uttarakhand/respondent No.1. 3. Petitioners have challenged the order passed by Assistant Collector First Class, Khatima, District Udham Singh Nagar, on 11.05.2026. By the said order, certain persons have been held to be ineligible to remain as Member of Committee of Management of a primary co-operative society. 4. Learned counsel for petitioners admits that petitioners earlier also filed a writ petition No.1384 (M/S) of 2026, in which similar relief was sought. He however attempts to make out a distinction by submitting that in the earlier writ petition, reasons were not supplied for declaring those persons as ineligible and by the order impugned in this writ petition, those reasons have been supplied. 5. Learned State Counsel is right in submitting that instead of filing separate writ petition, petitioners should have sought amendment in the earlier writ petition, which is still pending. 6. Since, the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioners for similar relief is pending, 2026:UHC:3856 therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable, with liberty to the petitioners to seek amendment in the earlier writ petition. 7.
