JUSTICE M.I.ARUN AND THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE B. MURALIDHARA PAI ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.I.ARUN) 1. The present contempt petition is filed on the ground that the order passed in W.P.No.102697/2024 has not been implemented by the authorities concerned. 2. W.P.No.102697/2024 was disposed of with following directions: “8. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation within period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of this order. The respondent authorities shall consider such representation in the light of the notification dated 15.10.2007 at Annexure-L and the guidelines issued thereunder to admit the Institution for Grant-in-Aid also taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner was permitted to be upgraded to the Pre-University College in the year 1992. 9. Such considerations shall be made in accordance with law within a period of 30 days after submission of the representation by the petitioner. It is made clear that the endorsement dated 06.09.2023 in question shall not come in - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC-D:71-DB CCC No. 100271 of 2025 the way of the respondent authorities considering the fresh representation in accordance with law as directed.” 3. The petitioner has submitted a representation to the concerned authorities subsequent to the order passed in W.P.No.102697/2024. 4. The State has considered the said representation and has passed an endorsement dated 23.05.2025. The said endorsement has been issued by the Director of the Department of Pre-University Education, Bengaluru. 5. Though the said order does not expressly refer to the State Government Notification dated 15.10.2007 (vide Annexure-L to the writ petition), it is seen that the provisions of the said notification have been taken into account and an order has been passed rejecting the request of the complainant. 6. If the complainant is aggrieved by the same, he is at liberty to challenge it. In the present circumstances, it has to be concluded that the endorsement dated 23.05.2025 fulfils the directions issued in W.P. No. 102697/2024. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC-D:71-DB CCC No. 100271 of 2025 7. For the aforementioned reasons, the contempt petition is hereby dismissed. Sd/- (M.I.ARUN) JUDGE Sd/- (B.
