The petitioner is an accused in connection with Mahuatand P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025. It has been alleged that huge quantity of illicit liquor was recovered from a Bolero vehicle. There has been an agreement between the petitioner and the registered owner of the Bolero vehicle and the said vehicle was under the custody of the petitioner. However, considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2025, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat in connection with Mahuatand P.S.
