Petitioner’s driving license was cancelled by the Regional Transport Authority, Haldwani, vide order dated 05.05.2025, which is under challenge in this writ petition. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that petitioner has remedy of appeal under Section 19(3) of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. 5. This position is not disputed by petitioner’s counsel. He, however, submits that the appeal has become time barred, as the statute provides for limitation period of thirty days only. 6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to file appeal before the appropriate forum.
