Abdul Wahab, Advocate --- 2/17.03.2026 Heard Mr. Rohan Mazumdar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State as well learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners are accused in connection with Hanwara P.S. Case No. 48 of 2025. It has been alleged that the two sons and the grand-son of the informant were brutally assaulted by the accused persons as a result of which the elder son of the informant namely, Hidayat died. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners that incident had occurred on account of the land dispute. He has further submitted that the allegations against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners. Regard being had to the generality of the allegations, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Godda in connection with Hanwara P.S.
