The petitioner has challenged the order dated 15.12.2025 (Annexure-5) which is the order passed by the Circle Officer in Mutation Case No. 1688 R 27/2025-2026. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his mutation application has been rejected by the impugned order. 4. The order is appealable under Section 15 of the Jharkhand Tenants Holding (Maintenance of Records) Act before the Land Reforms Deputy Collector (LRDC). 5. Since the order is appealable, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate appeal before the LRDC. 2026:JHHC:7226 2 6. If any petition for limitation is filed the same will be considered by the appellate authority sympathetically keeping in view that this writ petition was pending before this Court. 7.
