ORDER : T.V.THAMILSELVI, J. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to dispose of the O.S No.127 of 2022 pending before the Subordinate of Mettupalayam within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the plaintiff/1st respondent originally filed the suit in O.S. No.132 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, in the year 2014 which was dismissed on default and then the matter was graciously granted restoration in I.A. No.2 of 2022 post condoning a delay of 418 days in service of batta via I.A.No.746 of 2017 in O.S. No.132 of 2014. The aforesaid I.A. was allowed on costs, which was also suffered delay in compliance on account of the plaintiff/1st respondent herein. Further, on various petitions for amendment, this aforesaid suit has re- numbered as O.S. No.127 of 2022 without having any cause of action. 3. It has been further submitted that as the plaintiff/1st respondent herein has been filing various interlocutory applications one after another with the intention to drag on the Original suit in O.S. No.127 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub-ordinate Judge, Mettupalayam, the Trial Court may be directed to dispose of the main suit within a time frame fixed by this Court. 4. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Sub-ordinate Judge, Mettupalayam is directed to dispose of the main suit in O.S.No.127 of 2022 within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
